LaRose’s Roller Skating Rink — Skater Expectations

LaRose’s is a family entertainment and skating facility — not a hangout. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all ages.

Please read and follow these expectations before entering or skating.


  • Admission required for entry.
  • Everyone must have skates on at all times except one parent spectator per child.
  • Additional spectators must pay the $8.00 admission fee.
  • No in and out privileges or loitering around the building. “When you leave, you leave.” (This includes parent spectators)
  • Everyone on the premises must conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for a family atmosphere.
  • Skate counterclockwise unless instructed otherwise.
  • All individuals using provided skates must wear socks.
  • When the session is over, please tuck shoe laces inside skates before returning to the skate counter.
  • No pushing, racing, tag-playing, chasing or rough behavior on or off the floor.
  • Keep moving while on the skating surface – no standing or sitting on walls or tables.
  • Do not carry or lift children while wearing skates. 
  • Helmets and protective gear are welcomed and permitted.
  • No cell phones, electronics, loose clothing, or objects in hand while skating.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, or safety concerns to management immediately.
  • If pregnant or under medical restrictions, please do not skate.
  • No hoods, ski masks, or face coverings (unless for medical reasons).
  • Midriff and chest must remain fully covered at all times.   
  • No halter tops, crop tops, camisoles, spaghetti straps, or revealing/low-cut styles. 
  • Shorts and skirts must be fingertip length or longer — no “under cheeks.”
  • No sagging pants or visible undergarments.
  • No clothing with profanity, drugs, hate speech, or sexually suggestive content.
  • No torn or revealing clothing.

  • drugs, alcohol use, smoking, and vaping, including paraphemelia are not permitted on the property.

  • weapons or firearms of any kind
  • No outside food, drinks, or containers allowed.
  • All food and drinks must stay in designated space.  
  • Do not pass food or drinks over the skating floor barrier.
  • No gum chewing by anyone — skaters, parents, or onlookers.
  • All bags, purses, pockets, and skate cases are subject to inspection otherwise leave outside..
  • No backpacks, duffle bags, or drawstring bags are permitted during open skate.
  • LaRose’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Lockers are available for 25¢.
  • All personal skates must be hand-carried into and out of the building.
  • Skates must be clean, complete, and non-marking.
  • No missing wheels, toe stops, or plugs.
  • No Heelys, scooters, hoverboards, or personal skate helpers.
  • Do not enter or leave the building while wearing skates.
  • No pets or emotional support animals are permitted.
  • Only ADA-certified service animals are allowed.
